Gameday Fuel events on September 2 will help Canadians fill their tanks as football season gets underway

TORONTO, Aug. 31, 2026 /CNW/ -- DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) today announced that it will bring a free fuel experience, Gameday Fuel¹, to Edmonton and Toronto on September 2. To celebrate the start of football season, DraftKings is thanking  the community, by providing free gasoline for eligible passenger vehicles at select gas stations while supplies last.

"With Gameday Fuel, we're kicking off the season by giving away free gas in local communities," said Stephanie Sherman, Chief Marketing Officer at DraftKings. "Football season is one of the most exciting times of the year for fans, and DraftKings is always looking for meaningful ways to make the experience even more memorable."

The Gameday Fuel initiative reflects DraftKings' commitment to giving back to customers and communities across Alberta and Ontario, Canada. Participating gas station locations and event hours will be announced separately.
