The SAP hands-on lab gives SAP customers the opportunity to build and test AI agents with Joule Studio at SAPinsider Copenhagen, 16–19 November.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SAPinsider today announced that the SAP Agent Lab will come to SAPinsider Copenhagen 2026, taking place 16–19 November at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. The hands-on experience, delivered in partnership with SAP, gives attendees the opportunity to work directly with SAP Joule Studio and build AI agents around real business challenges.

The Agent Lab builds on the hands-on experience introduced at SAP Sapphire, where thousands of customers and partners worked directly with SAP AI tools to create agents and AI solutions. Copenhagen marks the Agent Lab's first appearance within the SAPinsider event portfolio.

Inside the lab, attendees start with a business challenge and use Joule Studio to move from idea to working agent, designed to demonstrate how agents can be grounded in SAP business context, enterprise data, and governance — allowing participants to explore how agentic AI can be applied responsibly within the enterprise.
